Online Banking Upgrade: October 24th

We upgraded our Online Banking platform on Sunday, October 24th. The upgrade includes new features and enhancements to improve your experience, including the following:

  • Redesigned platform
  • Improved navigation
  • New Overview page (previously titled Home)
  • New QuickView
  • New Accounts page

Redesigned platform

A new design and improved navigation make it easier for you to manage your account.

Improved navigation

  • New location for All Services & Settings
    • All Services & Settings are now available in a drop down menu.  Access the drop down by clicking on the settings icon.  This settings icon in the navigation is accessible anywhere within online banking.

  • New location for Welcome menu items
    • All items located under Welcome will now be located in Profile Settings.  Access Profile Settings by clicking on the down arrow by your name.

New Overview page (previously titled Home)

New Overview page for retail customers:

  • Along with your accounts, you will see widgets that include your Spendable Balance, Pending Transfers and Unread Messages.  You will be able to reorganize these widgets according to your preferences.
  • Your account groupings remain the same, and your Favorites remain the same, with a new feature to add outside accounts as Favorites.

New QuickView

  • Snapshot of your account and activities that is accessible from the Overview page.
  • Allows you to see additional information and account activity without leaving the Overview page.

New Accounts page

  • New page design displays all links in the same area, as subtabs: Activity, Alerts, Statements, Stop Payment and Future View.

Print options 

  • If you are interested in printing a page and no longer see the page specific print option, please use your browser's print option.
