Biometrics Update (May 17)
On Tuesday, May 17, there will be an update to the Android and iOS biometrics packages for mobile banking. On or after May 17, any customers that currently use biometrics, will need to sign into mobile banking using their Access ID and Passcode, and re-enable biometrics. You can re-enable biometrics by switching on “Enable Face ID” on the sign in screen or by selecting “More” in the Menu and clicking on “Profile & Security”.
